Information we collect
When you request a demonstration, we may collect your name, email address, business type and the product or service you are interested in. We may also receive ordinary technical information supplied by your browser or hosting provider, such as device type, referring page and approximate location.
How we use your information
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, understand your requirements, provide a quotation and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information.
Email and external services
The demonstration form opens your email application with the details you entered. Information sent through your email provider is also governed by that provider's own terms and privacy practices. Future analytics or advertising tools may use cookies or similar technology where permitted.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records or meet legal obligations. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information associated with your enquiry, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing software@verdexoventures.com.

This policy covers the public Verdexo website and pre-sale enquiries. A separate data-processing agreement and product-specific policy may apply when a customer begins using Verdexo software.
